Where is Touch Break?

Look for the layers icon in your Mac’s menu bar. Open it to choose a game and start a break. During a game, press Escape to return to the picker or use the X on the bottom bar to return to work.

What is Screen Recording access for?

It is optional. Desktop effects use it to show your desktop through the mist and water. You can turn it on or off in Touch Break Settings, or change access in macOS System Settings. Screen images stay on your Mac. Read the privacy policy for details.
